Information handled on this website
Our prelaunch website does not offer an account-registration form, product-review submission, payment checkout, or email newsletter signup. You are not asked to enter names, receipts, or reviews to browse these pages.
Our hosting and security service, Cloudflare, may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and request details, timing, and security indicators to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. The website has no advertising or behavioral-tracking script installed.
When you email us
If you contact Rated by email, our email providers may process your email address, message content, and related delivery information so we can read and respond to your inquiry. Please avoid sending passwords or highly sensitive information by ordinary email.
Why information is used and who receives it
Technical information supports website delivery, security, and troubleshooting. Information you provide in email is used to answer questions and resolve requests. Our website hosting and email-service providers process information as needed to provide these services. We do not sell website visitor information to advertisers.
Retention and your choices
Support messages are retained as needed to address requests and comply with applicable security or legal obligations. Hosting and email providers may retain service records under their own policies. To ask about access, correction, or deletion of information you provided, email support@ratedreviews.app; some information may be retained when legally required.
Before Rated launches
The mobile app may process account identifiers, ratings, written reviews, optional media, and private purchase verification records. We will publish separate and accurate app-level details about collection, uses, retention, providers, and in-app account deletion before making the production app public.
